Many wonderful attractions and neighborhoods are the focal point of the Bronx. The famous Bronx Zoo and Bronx Botanical Gardens are wonderful places to visit. If you are touring the Bronx, make sure to also visit Wave Hill, a public garden and cultural center located in Riverdale, just North of Manhattan. Fieldston, a section of Riverdale, is also where you will find beautiful tree lined private streets that house some of the most expensive homes in New York City.
If you are looking for bargain rents, Bronx still has many outstanding opportunities.

Brooklyn
There is a reason why Brooklyn has the largest population...it's simply a fantastic borough to call home. With many wonderful parks and convenient transportation, Brooklyn is just that...convenient.
In strong competition with the Bronx Botanical Gardens, the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens shares equal beauty. Coney Island, the place where the world famous Nathan's Hot Dogs were born, is a favorite destination for New Yorker's to relax and have a great time. If you have kids, the New York Aquarium is a close destination to visit but a world apart in terms of tranquility.
Just like Queens, Brooklyn has many diverse and affordable neighborhoods to choose from. Almost 2.5 million New Yorkers call Brooklyn home. There must be a reason.
Nassau County
If miles of beaches is what you need, Nassau County, located in Long Island, can be your next home. With some of the most beautiful parks and beaches, Nassau County is home to almost 1.5 million people.
Many people who live in Nassau County work in Manhattan, in part because of the convenience of the Long Island Railroad. Although the furthest point from Manhattan, Nassau County is only minutes away if you use public transportation.
In recent years, Nassau County has quickly become home to many large companies that look for lower rents for commercial space. So if you're looking to live and work out of Manhattan, this can be a good selection.
Westchester County
The true suburbs of the New York City Metro area. Westchester boasts some of the most beautiful neighborhoods in the area. Westchester is also home to one of the fastest growing areas in the country...White Plains.
